You’re welcome to come along with friends, as a couple, with family, or simply on your own and meet like minded people in a calm, supportive environment.
Each session is guided and may include a variety of relaxation and mindfulness techniques, including the soothing sounds of crystal chakra bowls, to help calm the mind and body. Meditation can give your nervous system a much needed break, help release built-up stress, improve clarity, and bring you back into balance. It can also create a beautiful opportunity for couples and families to reconnect and share a peaceful experience together.
